However a lawsuit requiring MVHS to reopen their SEQR Review, and the hospital site selection comparison, is pending in Albany Supreme Court. This is why many continue advocating for the St. Luke's Campus!
Stop the demolition! Build Utica Central Park in downtown and a new hospital in Utica's current Oneida County Medical District.
